Spa Heaven on the 8th floor is a sanctuary of wellbeing in the midst of the city, featuring a Finnish panorama sauna, a sultry Turkish steam room, a Hamam mecca, 2 treatment rooms and a lounge area for general relaxation.
Access to Spa Heaven is free for all hotel guests. Because Spa Heaven is based on the traditional Finnish culture, we ask you kindly to respect the rules of this culture, being:
• For hygienic reasons and to open your pores it requires everyone to be nude when using the sauna
• In case you feel uncomfortable with being nude, feel free to use the sauna facilities of Wellness Club H2O which is right next door. Wearing a bathing suit is required here. -
Hamam

Start off in the Turkish steam room where the intense heat warms your body slowly and continuously, stimulating sweat glands, increasing blood circulation and promoting healthy skin tone and texture. Then proceed to the core of the Hammam experience: the scrub, which is performed on heated marble.
The inviting surroundings and the soothing warm water help you to enter your interior world, while your pores open, your skin regenerates and your body purifies.

Hatha Yoga
More infoHatha yoga is all about the balance between excercise and relaxation. In this yoga class teacher Mariëtte offers slow-based stretching poses with simple breathing or meditative excercises. Every class ends with Savasana (final relaxation pose). Suitable for beginners to advanced.
